Quick hello to everyone here, total newbie here looking for any thing and everything concerning bee keeping including equipment, tools and of course our flying friends.

Our Association runs free weekly training sessions every Saturday: North Staffs Beekeepers.

That's so good to hear Madasafish it's good to know there's lots of help available. Ive been to the local Stoke meeting last Sunday for the weekly check up, certainly fascinating stuff.

Where abouts are the courses based? Perhaps I could attend and meet in person?

Thanks for the info, I'm part of meetup for the Stoke apiary guys and girls which is just around the corner. It's great to have such good quality knowledge on my doorstep but I don't think (might be totally wrong) that they have enough bees or equipment to go around if I were to take up the hobby?

Does your group have any spare bits and bobs?

We have lots of equipment.- about 14 hives... (The Stoke apiary has always been a bit smaller )
