Ham and Cheese Sandwiches with Honey Glaze

4 Tsp butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup mustard
1 Tsp garlic powder
Ham slices
Cheddar cheese - sliced
Loaf of bread

Melt butter in saucepan. Add honey, mustard and garlic powder and mix thoroughly over medium heat.
Cut loaf of bread into thin slices, making a sandwich by adding 4-5 slices of ham and 1-2 slice of cheese sandwiched in between two slices of bread.
Cut sandwich into 4 squares and arrange in a 9" x 11" baking pan. Continue adding mini- sandwich squares to the pan until the pan is filled.
Sprinkle honey glaze over top of sandwiches and bake in oven at 350 degrees until all cheese is melted (approx. 20-30 minutes.)

This is a delicious way to dress up a sandwich meal and perfect for parties, too! Enjoy! :)

Thanks for this. I'm always looking for ways to make my ham and cheese sandwiches that little more interesting. It tasted great :)

haha, well I wasn't so excessive on the ham. Mine were more sandwich like, but I can see what you mean.

Breads the most boring bit of a sandwich anyway :)
