Granulation.

Greetings again,
forgot to ask, at what temperature does honey granulate ?
our bees were away from their normal foraging for six weeks and the honey we got spent most of its time in very cloudy almost granulated state, the flavour and colour were similar , we have very high temperatures would this prevent the honey from granulating,

It really depends on the honey. OSR will granulate very quickly even at hive temperatures, and others almost never.

So high temperatures will not necessarily stop granulation. Best thing for me to do with honey that granulates fast is to make soft set honey with it.
