sadly, no more!
I have just extracted a modest amount of honey from one of my hives :)party:). It is, to use a very technical term, pretty gloopy - ie the consistency of golden syrup or even malt extract.

Could it possibly be OSR honey (although I have seen none near the apiary, there may well be fields within flying distance)?

Do/did you have much in the way of dandelion around you recently?
 
Yes - fields of golden dandelions, to coin a phrase. Ought I now to be getting excited???
 
That sounds like my honey, although I would say it is not as thick as syrup and is slighty lighter in colour. Always wondered what pollen it consisted of as my customer can't get enough of it.
