I've recently picked up a couple of new outlets for my honey, one of which asked for chunk honey

I have had some full comb frames in the freezer since August, is it best to thaw them gadually in the fridge or the warming cabinet before chopping up ?

I chop my cut comb and store in in crystal plastic containers in the freezer When needed I defrost at room temperature and apply the label. It seems perfect

Wrap securely in a plastic bag to keep them dry and thaw at room temperature
