For those wanting to buy bakers fondant. I applied for an account on the Beekeeping Supplies Trade website (https://www.bee2trade.co.uk/). Application was accepted.

They're selling 12.5kg of fondant for £18.95 a time, minimum purchase of 5 boxes.
The nice bit is that they charge just £9 postage - I even added a stack of 1/2 and 1lb jars to my order, and postage remained at £9.

I have started using fondant as some hives would take all the syrup and others just seemed to drown in it! I seem to waste a lot. Also tried thymol once in the syrup and they would not touch it.
