Good Evening Folks,
Does anyone use left over fondant for thin syrup in the Spring? I tried last year but the syrup even melted with water tended to solidify making it difficult to manage.

have in the past - fondant is only sugar so mix it the same, 1 measure fondant to one of water

On a slightly different note I have several litres of left over thymalised sugar solution from last year.It appears fine so do you think I can use it please?

I save my left over fondant wrapped in clingfilm and kept in a sealed plastic pail.

When time come to use it, I gently spray the surface with a fine water mist if it has hardened. Bees eat it if hungry.

Many thanks for advice. Delay this end because of tech issues
