Looking at hand cream recipes on the Cushman site and this acronym appears... with no clue in the instructions.

E.C.White is a bit short on hand cream recipes too... got a supo base though.. seems a bit arsey varsey...LOL

Anyone got an idea? oops its Food Grade Mineral Oil... thanks to Dave... he noted it.
