I'm pressing out my heather honey and this is happening to some of the frames, more than I would like. I'm guessing it's fermenting, even though the cells were capped. This frame is one of the worst ones. Some open cells have bubbles inside them too. Is there any way of rescuing this situation? I sell some heather honey to locals, but don't want to sell something that's not suitable for sale. This is after storing the supers for a week or two in a warm room with a dehumidifier to try to dry out the open cells.
