I can't figure out 1 of my hives had eat all its stores so I've gave it sugar water and it's busy with bees bringing stuff in I was scared incase it starved to death WHAT DO YOU THINK ¿

Absolutely nothing wrong with feeding bees, just a case of if they need it. We are at fastly different ends of the country, down here with the good weather there’s plenty coming in. I do have a bucket of feed on 1 hive though but they are raising queen cells after grafting.

If they need it feed it, BUT you say they are bringing 'stuff' in so I assume you mean nectar and pollen. What is the forage like? has a flow started ? Nectar needs space to be matured into honey as does syrup - so right now you are giving them even more work to do in order to mature sugar into honey as well - mixing it all up too. So watch out that they don't run out of space to store nectar and or laying space.

How many frames of brood do you have ? Do you have any drawn supers on ?
Do you have spare drawn comb or only foundation ?

Over here the weather has been dry, windy and coolish for the last couple of weeks but the bees have built up significantly during that time and have been filling comb with nectar and just recently some pollen as well. They were short on pollen earlier this year owing to the weeks of severe winds burning all the tips of bushes and trees etc - so I fed some pollen sub for just a couple of weeks. I am not feeding now.

Depends how adept you are at the beekeepers twist.
I'm pretty good at the twist..
Got to have " twist and shout like we did last summer owww.. Let's twist again like we did last year"
I wouldn't want to attempt it with a suite on though.

Q what's the beekeepers twist?? Im waiting for the reply!
