i have just finished reading the panphlet by rex boys on the woods applicator and how it was supposed to predict swarming. has anyone ever research the ideas futher and where did they get to.

does the schematic exist on the web any where?
does it work and if so how?

all i want to know now is has anyone every tried to improve or work on his theories or are they just dead,

modern technoligy and all that improving etc etc.

the idea seams sound enough i just wanted to know if it had every been improved apon
