Dead bees on landing board??

I am a first year beekeeper. This morning i noticed about 10 dead bees on the landing board. Is this simply the bees clearing out the dead bees or is it something to be concerned about. I hope to treat with oxalic in the next week and will put on some fondant just to be on the safe side. Thanks

Probably just that.
Nothing you can do anyway so wait till you treat and see what stores they have /what the cluster looks like.
