Hi All
Has anyone got a cutting plan for 8x4 sheet of ply for brood and supers?
Thanks

Don't think so no.

BUT.. no point in saying cutting guide. Guide to which hive type might be a starting point???

Use a program like Cutlist to optimise the layout and minimse waste.

There are some plans for plywood at the link below for national nucs, both standard brood frame size and 14x12.
It should be possible to use them as a starting point to make a full national brood or super chamber.
If your plywood isn't 8mm thick you'd need to amend the plans accordingly.

I *think* I used these a basis for making 2 x plywood nucs about 10 years ago. I used a piece of graph paper to help visualise and optimise the cutting list which I took to B&Q/Jewsons.
I learnt a lot about beespace from making them :)! Given the cost and benefits of ply and poly nucs the ply nucs have sat unused in the shed most years.

I've attached a couple of layouts I've just done, 1 with and 1 without the floor/roof.
The sizes have come from Dave Cushmans site based on the national hive.

I've not bothered with the rails for obvious reasons.

The is is 10mm gap between each part and the 2439 x 1219 are the metric conversion of 8' x 4' as I don't know what width of blade or cutter would be used to cut it up.

Good luck taking this into B&Q and handing them this to cut it for you.
I'm sure you will be very popular.

The cutting list.pdf has the sizes for each panel on it for each component.

Hope it is useful but can adjust it if you need it.
