Thats obviously a bit of correx not acrylic
If it works .... don't fix it ... I think rustic is the new black ...I've just dropped it off with an order of CC and shop owner is delighted.
It is an acrylic sheet heater. Works by putting the sheet over a heated slot. you can then bend to whatever angle you want.
Also made menu holders for restaurant tables, book display stands, models etc. Very versatile and easy to use.
Possibilities commensurate with imagination. The're not that expensive.I NEED one of those ...the possibilities are endless ....
Go for it.Right got you now. Well not having the kit to play with plastic sheets I'll just use my spare bits of sticks.
Where do you pick up your acrylic sheets ... I make clear crown boards from scrap shower screens I pick up at the recycling site but these are getting harder to find as they all seem to be toughened glass these days ... I've bought offcuts on ebay but they tend to be the smaller bits that the acrylic workshops can't use ...Mating hive feeders for exampleView attachment 27325
I buy full sheets from Hallam polymers in Chesterfield. Not cheap though.Where do you pick up your acrylic sheets ...
