Ah, I think I understand why you've made so many posts in such a short time.

Do you have any bees, or do you just want to sell your labels?

The labels are free, you print them yourself. There is, at present, one paid label which is for jam and costs £0.50 for unlimited copies. :(

But the honey labels do not comply with the 2003 Regulation for sale off site and even if you are selling on the site over the Garden gate and so claim the labeling exemption then the reserve description must be in clear type and not covered in gloopy pictures of dripping honey

so the labels may be free but a Trading Standards officer could still take anyone using them to court , anyone know want the current maximum Fine is, i do?

I'm not in it for gain. There isn't any, and it costs me money to host the site. The idea is that you print the labels for your own jars.

Would anyone be willing to help design/alter a label design to fit with trading standards, as I have no expertise in this area. I'm not a beekeeper, I just like making (mostly) free software.

:thanks:

The BBKA do a pdf leaflet to help... which features an example label

honey labelling rules on google will get you to it.

I've made a couple of changes and was hoping to get some feedback. Hopefully one of the lovely admins will add a link to my images to this post. :)

The rules state no links to members websites.
