Crystalised Stores?

I started to plan for winter today and on doing a penultimate check saw that the super i was planning to leave on over winter is absolutely chocka with crystalised ivy honey is this any good as winter stores for the bees? or should i remove it and feed a sugar syrup? What does everyone think?

Take it off and store it safely. Feed them syrup for overwintering and give them the ivy honey back when the weather warms up in the spring. They will be able to handle it OK then.
