Good news buddy for you and the girls.All clear, it was a mix of sackbrood and neglected larvae induced by varroa and lack of young bees to tend to the brood! Worst frame out and replaced by a healthy frame of emerging brood to boost the nuc + a good vaping.

You are welcome, this is one the benefits of this forum.Thank you for posting and the results. It was useful as a beginner to see the end result. Although recently successful at Basic Hive Assessment it was good to see a real comb for interpretation rather than from the textbooks
they usually approach each local BKA on a rotational basis and ask them to host an event, so you'd then get notified by your secretaryI assume that is on the National Bee Unit’s website for the more precise details
