You've obviously seen the syllabus for the 'Basic Food Handling and Hygiene' Course that takes about 10 minutes on line and provides you with a City in Guilds in BFH&H'.... Run by the University of Chipping Sodbury !

And ... No, they are not the blue gloves ... more a bit like off white I think ..
