YES looks like chickweed with little white pink flowers go to a Buckwheat field in daylight, and few bees are on it if any, BUT when conditions are right they bring the honey in with buckets.
The honey is black brown looks like tar in the jar and taste nutty. It’s an odd required taste, to UK honey standards grown a lot abroad.
The honey packers don’t like it You have to lighten with 1 tub 30lb buckwheat to 8/10 tubs oilseed rape, I had 6 tons one year it was 5 years befor I sold it all but after all its honey.
