Ben Harden Method

I am thinking of starting a queen right cell starter/finisher, using the Ben Harden method. My only concern is would there be a risk of the colony swarming once the cells are sealed? Does anyone have experience with this method?

Been using Ben's method for for a couple of years (cupkit not grafting) with cloak-board and all well. Was sceptical at first about sealed cells and non swarming, but the supercedure influence works. Good luck with it.
