Bees gone AWOL, owner on holiday, help.

Simon aka Ely is on holiday. A guy called Tony who is on here is meant to be looking after Simon's bees but I don't know his number etc

I get a call from where Simon lives, telling me the bees have swarmed! They're near the river and if the council finds out, they'll kill them.

If anyone can give me Tony's number or can help sort out this problem, it'll be greatly appreciated.
