Custard is quite nice too!!a friend of mine showed me a jar of his honey which looked like lemon curd...odd substance and could figure it out
went to see him spin in and we found the issue
it was a small spinner and the frames were dragging in the honey and he was basically whipping it whilst spinning
Thanks for the suggestion. No, not as far as I'm aware. Definitely thistle around but possibly lucerne (alfalfa) as that is commonly grown here for sheep to feed on (I'm discovering).We grew a patch of wild mustard/Charlock this year bees were all over it for a long period. Honey was very yellow and sweet, any of that nearby?
