RiteCell experiences people?

Tempted to give it a try.

Why do they have black and natural colour?

Pros? Cons?

I doubt it's good for cut comb honey! Haha

My hives have it no issue on small scale. Not seen how it copes with wax extraction yet.......

I've used it fine. Bees draw it nice and straight and you can mistreat the empty frames a lot more than with wax foundation. Nice benefit that you can spin it out with only one reversal of the frame. Frames also much quicker to assemble. Black is good for brood as makes egg/larva assessment that bit easier.

Cons - it is plastic and that's not to everyone's taste. Don't think I'd want to burn it either. Bees can't make holes in it if they want communication channels.

Yup, i wondered about communication channels and overwintering etc.

There's a piece in the corner of the brood sheets to break off for a communication hole

Ooohhh cleverrr.

Ordered some.

Might use them to checkerboard with my empty foundationless frames.

I have used both yellow and black, super and brood frames and think they are brilliant. Bees take to them well, they are always straight and they never give you issues when extracting.
