sorry just seen the other advice. I haven't used apigaurd, she definately isn't there, shes quite visible and I see her almost every time i do the inspection. The absence of eggs and emergency cells confirmed this, i decided to not take any chances, went through the hive today to double check, no eggs again, no sign of the queen. So i've united it with another colony. Thank you for your advice!
