Couple of hives bringing in white pollen today. Can't find it on any of the cards.
Anyone know what it is?

Peter my nucs have been bringing in predominantly white pollen for the past 2 weeks. Without bothering to check I just thought it was chestnut.

Horse chestnut is usually a strong red or crimson.

Chestnut down my way is a sort of terracotta read the pale white perhaps Apple?

Might be. Plenty of woods around here.
It was white white, not creamy white.

I've seen some bright white pollen on our bees too, haven't been able to track it down for sure, but there are a lot of native bluebells round here.

The Bristol Beekeepers site has some pollen colours (click the flower top leftish of their main page) it suggests that Elder might be a grey/white. http://www.bristolbeekeepers.org.uk/

I'm also getting a slight off white pollen coming in, must get a sample for analysis.
