When to add super

Moved my bees into hive from nuc 4 days ago with 6 frames from nuc and 4 new foundation.
They are very busy carrying in loads of pollen they can't get it in quick enough. I was going to leave it a couple more days to inspect ?.
How long does it usually take before adding super ?

They need a lot more time - wait for them to draw out all the foundation and have seven or eight frames full of brood.

Exactly. 8 frames of brood at least.

I am going to super colonies tonight which are on 14+ frames of brood and only now ready to super.
