I have just gone to jar up my honey...we don't normally warm or do anything, just let it settle for a few days then put it in the jars. We have 2 buckets worth...periodically checked the top bucket just to make sure it hadn't set and all was fine. Have just jarred all of the top bucket only to discover that the other bucket had set rock solid!! They were both extracted at the same time...what on earth is the difference? (Well...I assume there was more OSR in the first bucket than the second after thinking about it for a while...)
Anyway...question is, what's the easiest way to get the set honey to return to a runnier form to allow me to pour it in to these jars?
