Yes - that means warmer horizontal rain. Does bu**ger all for later flowering melliferous plants though, but at least there is no drought. Oh god its raining again.

The nadired supers are getting worked on by the bees...the inspection tray gives the game away..as far as giving them work to do that they do not need to do.

On a more serious note I have noticed that two identical setups weigh much different when hefted. I appreciate colony size can contribute but I'm slowly learning the hefting trick and when to be concerned enough to stick a feed on.
Got plenty of thymol sugar syrup in the garage anyway.

Is that bought in thymol crystals added to sugar syrup or one of the many brands?
