varroa treatment question maq/apiguard

got a tub of MAQ but everytime ive gone to use the forecasat has had risk of >90 degrees or queens have been just mated etc

at this time of year am i better to just use apiguard trays and keep maqs for spring?

My association has just done all the apiary

They are nuts. They are lucky the heatwave has come at the end of treatment.
