I have united Q- colony with queen right - but have confused myself !
I was not sure what to do with the supers which were full of bees as we actually had a nice day today !
also I will need to get the supers off soon to do my apiguard.

So, I had a queenright colony on 1 brood box plus QX plus 1 super (about 1/3 full), I put a sheet of newspaper on top of that with a few holes in it then the Q- brood box, plus the q- super (almost full) crown board plus roof..

I've probably done it wrong and maybe should have put 2 brood boxes then 2 supers with newspaper between each - but I think no harm done .... or do you think I should change it asap ?
Thanks all

Q+ with queen... check she is there.. on bottom.
take away your qe
put that q+ hive supers on top
then a sheet of FT with a few razor slashes in it
q- brood... then remaining supers.
take any finished sealed super frames out, replace with new foundation.
give the bees there honey back when you have finished any treatment.. 3 more weeks of August left yet!
or you can do it the other way around... just leave out the qe or you will have a mass of dead drones to deal with
