just 1, genius from code or just luck?

I spent quite a long time evaluating if I should do MORON as line 2 after no matches in line 1 of old method. Only 1vowel tested and then repeat O like that?? I trawled through its info and scorings and it looked like a worst case 5 so tried it.
Time will tell!
Definite win to elimination first this time.
