As is common, a study which confirms something we already knew. (I'm not having a pop at it)
What I have never understood is why some beekeepers seem to be wary of ivy honey in the hive over Winter? I would like to see a study investigating this to prove that it is a myth that bees cannot access the crystallised honey.

Do you think that after millions of years on this planet that the bees would work themselves silly collecting nectar which, after being converted to store they couldn't consume?
