There is actually 10combs in my tbh that bees have filled , as there were 2 topbar combs already in hive wen i put in swarm, combs from a colony that i lost so I think that helped the latest swarm settle in alot better,

Those extra two frames take your hive into a much safer zone in terms of over wintering ... you still need to be sure they have enough stores as mine hit the August gap over the last couple of weeks and have been consuming more stores than they are bringing in ... they are a big colony and I have lots of capped brood as well.

I have a small tbh (3 foot vs my other 4 foot ones) which is simply full to the brim of stores and honey - despite removing 6 frames of honey in July.... but stlll bringing in pollen - both HB and yellow/orange - and nectar.
