Hi, I have just captured a swarm from one of my hives and it seems happy in its new home. Should I feed it with sugar syrup and if so what ratio water/sugar and when???

If you want them to build comb .. yes, you can feed them 1:1. It will give them the boost they need to get started.. If you are putting them onto drawn combs and there is plenty of forage about (loads in my area down here) they will not need feeding .. they will just store the syrup in the brood frames and that's not what you want.

As with Pargyle, but also think about water availability. Prob no need to feed anywhere in the UK at the moment but it's been dry for a while. A large tray with a few pebbles/rocks in and water will help them set up. Not just to maintain body balance but also to establish the right humidity in the hive in anticipation of a brood area.

don't feed them for the first 24/48 hours - then give them 1:1 syrup - they will be in comb building overdrive so take advantage of it - the more readily available a food source is, the more wax they'll make so don't depend on local forage, however good it is at the moment
