Can anyone think of a useful but cheap beekeeping prize for a quiz?

I have come up with queen marking pen (£4.00) or long gas lighter (99p.)

Cazza

I'd say chocolates- so the other half gets something out of the evening! Very useful.

pocket pollen guide - the folded A6 one, normally about £1 or so

Jar of honey - free
Wax candles - free
Marigolds jumbo pack
Fun bee with integral thermometer for outside temp sticks to window £4.99 last year - got one for Christmas and love it lol - so do bumble bees hmmmm
Packets of seeds for bee friendly flowers
Barnstable Market (think you can order online) have a chap that makes glass insect. And they are totally stunning. The spiders he does are horrificly real but be also does all sorts of bees. The mosquito was amazing. Antenna that waved in the air currents they are so thin. Like hairs. Anyway they are about £15.00 Or were a few years ago and they do ship or did. But more expensive but truly unique. Dunno if the prices have changed and they do commissions and it's Barnstaple pannier Market every Tuesday (I think) - the insect gallery can be found here - http://tinyurl.com/bqfvnh5 - hope that gives you a few ideas Caz.
