Storing Buckets of Honey

a few more than last year but still not enough
Where do people store thier buckets of honey before jarring and selling? mine are sitting in my front room at the moment with the heating turned down but cant do that for much longer. Any suggestions?

We usually keep ours in the especially built and temp/humidity regulated honey store room... but it is somewhat empty at the moment !:icon_204-2:




:calmdown:( local buckie types ate all their stores and have sold all the AMMs produce for £4.56 per 1/2lb... at least it helps cover the sugar bill):calmdown:

keep it in a cool, dark, vermin proof place and warm it when you need to bottle it.
 
Somewhere cooler?

One commercial beekeeeper, I know of, stores his under the floor of his house. Always ventilated, away from view and reasonably secure.
