Hi All

Im new to beekeeping and was fully intent on starting out next year. As chance would have it however I have managed to obtain and established colony just as we slip into winter. The hive is located on my allotment and im looking to site an additional one or two hives there also.

Im currently looking for a friendly experienced beekeeper who might be able to offer me some mentorship and support. I promise not to ask too many questions

Im located in the Stockport area.

We have bees on our alotment and are members of the Stockport bbka
we have only had ours for a year.
have the bees got enough food to see them throw the winter?
we put a pice of carpet ontop of the crown board to help keep them worm
pm me if you wont to meet up
