Welcome. I did the SSBKA course last year - I really enjoyed it. A very dedicated team. The weather played havoc with the apiary days, we had to be very patient before we could do the hands on experiences!

Yes I think it's a very good course and, of course, a chance to meet others with a similar interest. The weather has been less than ideal this year for both the course and our new, as of yet, broodless colony taken as a swarm 3.5 weeks ago.

You should have come along on Saturday mornings - it might not have been tbh's but there was plenty to learn.
