Solitary wasp fly kill.

Happened across this in the garden today, a soliatry wasp capturing a fly and paralysing it before carrying it off.
I saw it flying ungainly with it's prey, the species I think is Mellinus Arvensis the 'field digger wasp'.

The plant/shrub is Choisya ternata.
