Sure, Hooper is good. But not up to date. My copy says hardly anything about varroa or OSR.

get a later edition then :)

Actually, the latest edition doesn't say much about varroa.
That isn't what you should buy Hooper for.
He's pretty good on bees.
Not sure how Varroa or OSR come into this question though.
