Our ivy honey flow has started , we also have wild flowers and clover flowering well here , clover and phacelia were being worked today when I was walking the fields…

Well we wait for Ivy for the bees to top up for winter but I wouldn’t call it a flow
Rain often stops play here in wales.

But yes I watched them foraging on clover today 21c here today.

Well you can come back to Essex, lovely and sunny here today. But I'm sure that within a couple of days you'll be realising why you moved to the Highlands! (And I'm in a rural part of the county!)

Wait and see how much ivy comes in (and HB if you have it) and go from there.

I saw recently that a certain establishment were recommending feeding and treatments should be almost finished .
I have one or two colony’s rammed with three supers of heather and bees in , they should be more specific .
