Queen-less Colony

I have almost certainly accidentally killed my lovely Queen (2 weeks ago). The colony till then was big and busy, and the workers are still there going about their business. there are no eggs, but capped brood.

What should I do?

I am a first year bee-keeper, and until this awful accident everything had gone really well.
