QC advice please

On inspecting hive today which started as a 6 frame nuc on 26th April...I found 1 X capped QC on the middle of the frame and one open QC on the bottom of the frame (I removed the open one ) there was a load of capped brood on about 7 to 8 frames some larvae and a small amount of fresh eggs (maybe 100 or so ) the queen was also present she's in one of the pic's with a yellow dot. There is one super on and there is a good quantity of bees in it and they are building out the wax nicely. The queen is also clipped... Any advice on how to proceed. Thanks

Yellow dot marked queen suggests she is from 2017 so she is getting older. What was your intended outcome ? Are you aiming to increase ?

Sounds like they are superseding so leave them to it. By the way, never remove an open cell to leave a capped one. You don’t know what’s in it. You need a nice open cell with a fat grub floating in a sea of royal jelly.
Leaving an open cell gives you a date of emergence too

Wise choice Jan.
Reads to me like whatever was planned was subverted/abandoned - that
remaining capped QC likely unviable and so will be torn down.
The whole deal likely down to local conditions it cannot be ruled out another
attempt at supercede will be made, shortly. There exists anecdotal evidence
mutilated queens prompt usurpation - two years of production they've been
'patient'. Keep an eye out on next inspection but yes, leave them be for now.
