As a relatively new beek in my 3rd season I apreciate you pointing out the flaws Rab. To be honest I wouldn't have ever thought a queen could survive a single night from the hive but its good to have clarity

Errm, this isn't a school, it's an internet forum where grown ups exchange ideas - mostly about beekeeping. Everybody has their own style of writing, some people are quite formal whereas others don't worry about things like full stops. Isn't criticism of an individual's writing style counter-productive?

Has the forum got a 'mission statement'?
Ah - you don't need those things in the world of the internet.
