If you heat a nuc, put only a part of the cable inside. Like I have a 4 frame nuc now, I give only 4 W inside = 1/4 cable.

I am in Herts about 15 miles north of central london. Lots of bright yellow pollen coming in yesterday, some bees totally covered in it. Daffodil?

There was not much stored pollen in the hives though, i.e. it mostly looked fresh. Rain forecast for a few days again.. I have some Nektapoll, think I’ll feed some.

Most likely willow I'd have thought. Not alot of protein in nektapoll
