Hi Mark
If its the Thrones XP plus ones, they are great when new BUT they get propolis and wax round the supports which are a real pain when it comes to cleaning. They warp which isn't a problem on the hive as the supers hold it flat but another pain when storing them and if they get well stuck down with propolis they can split top from bottom (they seem to be pressed together in two pieces rather than moulded as a single entity .
You may find differently. Ordinary plastic easier really.

I’ve had some in use since Thorne stocked them. I think they are great. Freeze to clean. I’ve just bought another six

My experience with them (and I have quite a few) is that they warp horribly - sometimes so bad that, if you’re not careful, bees can get squashed underneath some of the bowl-like warps. I’m not buying any more of those.
