Plastic foundation.

Has anyone any experience of Plastic foundation, or where to get it? I fancy experimenting with this in two new hives I am assembling to take over from my 2 lost hives last year.
Thoughts and experiences please and gratefully received.

very diffulct to get started with but once going makes a big differance on the extraction speed we used to dig the foundation frames in wax to get the ladies interested

Extraction is definitely why I am interested in experimenting with this. What cell size have you used, and where do you get the plastic foundation from?
