If the concentration is only "something 75% or higher" then it might be a bit "slushy".

Do you mean Apibioxal won't work in an instant vap or that pure Oxalic acid dihydrate won't work in an instant vap ??
Apibioxal won't work - it's a liquid. You could use it in a Pan sublimator such as a varrox but it leaves a burnt on carbn deposit in the pan because of the sugar content - it was developed principally for trickling then clearly someone saw an opportunity to extend the sales into sublimation.
 
If the concentration is only "something 75% or higher" then it might be a bit "slushy".

It's described in the data sheet as a white powdery substance - I suspect it's a near 100% otherwise any water content will render it either a solid lump and at 75% a liquid ...
