Might be wrong, but is his purpose to demonstrate to all just what someone looks like after having been chewed up and spat out by a certain rather too well synthetically built female? (I wouldn't know if that is a good or a bad look as I have never watched the aforementioned gent).

Was wondering the same myself, similarly for his ex ******* - unless its to invoke the thought of putting your boot through the tele.
