No, but the only place I looked was in the comments below the video. I fear that what looks like a simple piece of metalwork would not be cheap.

The device acts like a guillotine cutter that removes old knackered super combs from the frame in one fair foul swoop. I have tried but am unable to link the vid clip.

Going by the colour I think (and hope) they are brood combs. It's from a French beefarmer (Maison Fedon) so the frame size will not be National.
